Student Chapters must submit their report by November 30th annually with the following information:
Information needed:
- Faculty Advisor
- Updated Roster
- Goals
- Proposed use of Funds and Club Activities
- Number of Students who have attended the Veterinary Dental Forum
- Suggestions for Additional Support from the Foundation
